Description:
A Battle Across The Ages is an action-packed, pixel-art game where players traverse time itself to save the world. We were inspired by classic video 2D RPG games like The Legend Of Zelda. The game was created using open source software Godot 4. The sprites were made using Piskel. This was the first time we used Godot 4 to develop a game and learning the development process in Godot was challenging (for example: how to use node signals). More specifically, we learned how to debug, test and design different levels in Godot. In a future release we would want to add more diverse enemies and weapons as well as new levels.

Controls:
W, A, S, D: Up, Left, Down, Right
Mouse Cursor: Aim
Left Click: Attack

Install instructions
- Locate and click on the "Download" button to start downloading the "BattleAcrossTheAges.exe" file.
- Once the download is complete, navigate to the downloaded file's location on your computer.
- Double-click on the "BattleAcrossTheAges.exe" file to play the game.
